Building Permits – Small Scale Permits

We responsibly undertake all studies for the issuance of building permits, offering full supervision and excellent results at every stage of your project.

IBCON’s design team responsibly undertakes every study required for the granting of your building permits and assumes supervision of the project.

The studies required for the granting of a building permit are the following:

  • Topographic Diagram
  • Architectural Study
  • Structural design
  • Energy performance study (KENAK)
  • Electromechanical installation study

During construction, experienced engineers attentively supervise the work being performed and after completion deliver detailed plans of the finished project.
