- Issuing of the necessary building permits after the finalisation of the floor plans and the budget. Additionally, we sign the necessary agreements, which can be submitted to any number of technical or legal inspection and adjusted accordingly.
After the building permit is issued, we begin construction of your building. We will regularly update you on our progress so that you are fully aware of the technical and financial status of the project at all times.
